Return Policy

30-day returns. If you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@cuddlebrookpets.ca. Items should be unused and in original condition.

Damaged, defective or wrong item. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the full amount, and you won't need to return the item.

Change of mind. For unused items returned in original condition, we'll refund the item price once the return arrives. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping costs paid at checkout are not refunded.

Not returnable. Items that have been used, washed or chewed, and sale or custom items.

How to start a return. Email hello@cuddlebrookpets.ca with your order number and the reason. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
