Shipping policy

Where we ship. Cuddlebrook Pets ships within Canada only.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks of ordering. Because items ship from our partner suppliers, delivery times can vary, and larger items or busy seasons may take longer.

Shipping cost. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Multiple items. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels. If your order hasn't arrived after 3 weeks, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@cuddlebrookpets.ca with your order number and we'll make it right.

Duties and taxes. Applicable Canadian taxes are calculated at checkout.
